缪建民先生曾任香港中保集团副总经理、常务董事、董事；中保集团投资控股公司董事长；中保集团资产管理公司副董事长、总裁；中保国际控股有限公司副董事长、总裁；太平保险有限公司董事长等职。缪建民先生2007年被评为中国保险业十大年度人物。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。

缪建民先生在中央财经大学获得学士学位，在中国人民银行研究生部获得硕士学位。

Mr. MIAO Jianmin is Vice President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, Executive Chairman of China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Chairman of China Life Franklin Asset Management Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Insurance Association of China, Alternate Member of APEC Business Advisory Council.

Before joining China Life in 2006, Mr. Miao had held a series of management positions, including Executive Director, Director, Vice President of China Insurance H.K. (Holdings) Company Limited, Chairman of China Insurance Investment Holding Company, Vice Chairman and President of China Insurance Group Asset Management Ltd., Vice Chairman and President of China Insurance International (Holdings) Company, Chairman of Tai Ping Insurance Co., Ltd. In 2007, Mr. Miao was named Chinese Insurance Industry’s Top 10 Outstanding Figures of the Year. He is also entitled to Government Special Allowance for Experts offered by the Chinese State Council.
